Customized Cooking Classes

In your private cooking sessions, I’ll combine my culinary expertise as a certified European chef and training as a nutritionist and herbalist and teach you how to connect to your body through nourishment.  Together we’ll explore whole foods, herbs and recipes that meet your specific needs.  I believe the act of cooking represents self-care and self-compassion. By exercising mindfulness while  cooking, we can actually enter a zone of calm and relaxation and find great satisfaction in doing good things for our mind, body and spirit.  We’ll create delicious meals that will speak to your body while helping you make better choices for yourself and help your form a healthier relationship with food.
